Event Host : Morning

This role is vitally important in giving our couples peace of mind when they arrive. We are looking for people who are comfortable connecting with new people, are approachable, like being a part of a team, and exhibit confidence. Your ability to be familiar with and remember their names, their event details, and the venue guidelines will contribute to your success in this role. We are looking for someone who truly wants to make a visual impact in people’s wedding day.

    • Cleaning/set up of all of our spaces

    • Decor set-up

    • Equipment set up and troubleshooting

    • Welcoming and assisting vendors

    • Pine and Pond representative for Client/Point of contact

    • Bar Set-up

    • Attentional to detail

    • Big picture thinking

Event Host : Evening

This role has a variety of tasks to stay busy. The variety will keep the night interesting as you work alongside the bartenders. We are looking for people who love to serve, be a part of a team, and exhibit confidence. It is often the quality of work that this person contributes, that allows us to be able to host events back to back.

    • Bus Tables/wash glassware

    • Monitor/manage tent temperature

    • Decor clean up and inventory

    • Clean up garbages and outbuildings

    • Ceremony reset

    • Check/clean washrooms as needed

    • Attentional to detail

    • Good with late nights

    • Self Motivated

    • Calm/Confident

Event Bartender

This role involves a lot of client relations and responsibility. Your attitude sets the tone for the whole evening. We are looking for easy to talk to people who love to serve, be a part of a team, and exhibit confidence. Mixing many different drinks is the fun part- but being able to cut people off responsibly, and manage and handle money is what will truly make for a successful night as well as make you a valuable member of this team.

    • Till/Money management

    • Client engagement

    • Drink mixing

    • Alcohol and supply inventory

    • Organization/Clean up

    • Prior bartending experience

    • Good at mental math

    • Good Multi-tasker

Event Host/Afternoon Bartender

This role is great for beginner bartenders. While bartending, you would only need to serve bottles and cans at the outdoor bar but also have the opportunity to bus tables in the early evening while assisting and observing our evening bartenders in action mixing drinks. It is a great chance to grow in your ability as a bartender. We are looking for someone who is easy to talk to, versatile, like being a part of a team, and exhibit confidence.
