We will set up all tables, chairs, guest table decor (including anything you bring for guest tables). We also set up ceremony chairs and sound system.
You must remove your own decor to take home at the end of the night but we will clean up the venue, garbage and all our provided decor.
Decorating the ceremony area as well as any extra tables (guest book table etc.) is your responsibility.

You must use Pine and Pond hired bartenders. Bar packages are listed below. You can also view them HERE.
Our outdoor bar is great for cocktail hour. Conveniently located by our games area and fire pit, your guests will be taken care of between ceremony and reception. We include 5 cocktail tables set out as well.

Our Schoolhouse and Lounge are great places to get ready. Both include bathrooms, mirrors, seating, and mini bars (fridge, keurig coffee machines with coffee and tea included.)

We provide decor to make your wedding planning SIMPLE. You get to choose a provided table linen, centrepiece, candle, and table number to create your perfect style. We also include add on items for rent which can be viewed on our decor page HERE.

Our propane fire pit with plenty of seating is a great place for shade during the mid-day while a cozy place to visit in the evening without worrying about getting your clothes smokey. We also have an upper patio outside of the tent for more places to sit a visit.

Throughout the day there will always be 1 or more event day staff to assist with set up, welcoming vendors, climate control, cleaning, and other venue related items.
