Meet the Pine & Pond Management Team

Keith Tarry

Keith spent more than 25 years in a leadership role with a Christian youth charity. During those years, he pioneered a professional family counselling service, oversaw a wide variety of recreational programs, and assisted in the design and construction of world-class facilities. His current focus is to see Pine and Pond become an innovative leader in helping couples start their married life in the strongest possible way, in a mesmerizing setting, together with family and friends.
Heather Tarry

Keith is supported by his wife of 35 years. Heather works from home as a M.S. nurse. She is involved in the business by ordering products, and maintaining the plants, and ponds. She doesn't mind rolling up her sleeves to paint, and decorate. Heather is our octane fuel, propelling us forward. She is our secret weapon, making a lot of ideas become reality quickly.
Karleen Hildebrand

Karleen loves to serve behind the scenes as a talented administrator. She loves people, especially children and youth. She has served the under-privileged, overseas and locally. She is good at managing budgets, keeping others organized, and overseeing communications. Her creative and decorative design is evident in almost every aspect of Pine and Pond. As a new mom, her most important role is to nurture the future CEO of Pine and Pond… hopefully…maybe…if one of them aspires to the role?
Katie Lutz

Katie is our Business Manager and brings to the team over 25 years of event management experience. She is creative, a problem solver, and loves meeting new people. Getting to know our couples is the best part of her job. When not at Pine and Pond, she’s out working on her next adventure that ranges from travel to remodelling her house.
Emma Kennedy - Currently on Maternity Leave

Emma is our Customer Service Manager, she is the voice behind our social media channels is in charge of upholding the Pine & Pond brand. She has a huge heart for telling the story of Pine & Pond and the couples that get married here.
Jack

Jack is our German Shepherd who loves greeting people when they arrive for their venue tour. He enjoys running ahead and showing you how to wag your tail at all the best photo spots.
